Worth a check for sure.
But i guess due to the fact, that you have to agree the EULA by yourself when you want to use those
services,
the package itself doesnt even have much to do with this.
First you need a UPS customer number.
Then you can create an account for developing.
Afterwards you can request a developer key for testing purposes only.
Your UPS tutor can enable you and you get a new developer key, which works with the real online
services finally.
But i will contact my UPS tutor and ask him.
