Marcel Oelke (http://pear.php.net/user/pure) has commented on the proposal for Database::DB_Model. Comment: I'm currently working on a complete rewrite of the code. Beyond other features there will be a complete database and datatype abstraction. Please stand-by a while. I will update the links to the php files soon.
