FWIW, I'm unable to install this package using PEAR 1.4.0a2:

succeeded, but it is not a valid package archive
Invalid or missing remote package file
Package "http://www.schlitt.info/misc/Services_Trackback-0.4.0.tgz"
is not valid
install failed
Is this a (known) bug in the installer or is something wrong with
Tobias' package?
