Greg, I call what Alan did in his post a kind of brainstorming,
firing some ideas to start to investigate, advices. That means: "I
cannot do more now, but here is some thoughts", what's wrong with
that?
This is something impossible to do in PEAR the past weeks, criticism
(with arguments but not necessary a solution) is simply not allowed.
This is a real bad thing.
You did a great job, nobody said that you did not. But that does
not mean that one should just accept everything and do not discuss
or post his ideas/opinions/requests, even if you have had spent 100
years on this new stuff ;)
Everything in public project is about heat and kitchen, I like this
metaphor, one here told me it once or two ;)
