[PEPr] Comment on Web Services::Services_Safari

Stoyan Stefanov (http://pear.php.net/user/stoyan) has commented on the proposal for Web Services::Services_Safari. Comment: Yes, I know. My idea was to have a separate directory for every service provider. Within this directory new services can be added, as soon as they are provided and PEAR-wrapped. But, that's maybe too big of a change as it will reflect all existing service-related packages... Maybe we should start a new thread, this topic is not related to this package only.
