Okay, that's an explanation. It's a bad one, but it is an explanation.
I can live with that.
And I actually really think that *everything* should be regulated. I
did not bring up the examples just for kicks and giggles.
If there's a coding standard, it should cover everything, so that people
know how to "behave". If everything is clean and tidy, it's just so
much easier to maintain in my experience.
