Thanks for your attention to this issue. There's a simple tweak that will prevent this from possibly breaking anyone's code but still offer useful functionality for those who want it. Just remove the modification to the template that adds in the <label> tag. Leaving the replace of {id} can't possibly cause problems but lets those who want to edit their template to include <label for="{id}">. This also depends on the [inclusion of] _generateId() in Element, which is also innocuous.If you support the inclusion of this feature into HTML_QuickForm, you may want to comment on the ticket at the URL above. -Turadg
