It shouldn't be forgotten that this whole Ajax stuff does only work in
some browsers. Thus anyone interested in implementing this for
QuickForm should take care of proper fallback mechanisms for browsers
that do not support XmlHttpRequest. (Just in case that this wasn't
obvious.)
