Doesn't HTML_QuickForm already ship with auto-completion support
that works across most browsers? At least that's my impression and
that's why I think that fallback code is necessary in order to keep
the current status quo. But then again, I don't know about the
internals of the package; Alexey or Bertrand should be more confident
with this.
