Veto here, we have to list all of them or none of them. We are not
able to judge (or event comment) any non PEAR projects.

Simply group is enough, QA has enough to do. Checking if a channel
still works or not is not our problem, if we get more than n
complaints (incl. channel.xml 404 error ;) ), we can simply remove
it.
