Ian Eure (http://pear.php.net/user/ieure) has edited the proposal for Networking::Net_SMPP_Client.
Change comment:
- Update copy to reflect updated status of Net_SMS' SMPP driver.
- New package version, which addresses the concern over the use of
globals. Globals have been replaced with static vars in class methods.
