It's a limitation of most databasebase API's in PHP (read: its a PHP problem). In current CVS there's an optional parameter to mysql_connect() which allows you force the creation of new database links even if you use the same host/user/pass twice, for example: mysql_connect('host', 'user', 'pass', true); - Markus -- Please always Cc to me when replying to me on the lists.
