I tried to avoid the mysql_select_db() before each query to speed up the
usual use with only one conection. Sadly this way definetly can't work
totally good, so I changed the behaviour to always "select" the database
before querying it.
About your multiple links problem. In the future perhaps we could add
the support for the Markus hack. I'm curious to know if opening more
links is more efficient/fast than "mysql_selecting".
