So you don't remain without a reply, as far as I can recall, PEAR people
are not willing to accept complete libraries, as that was the argument
for not accepting BinaryCloud.
So you don't feel bad about being "rejected" you are more than welcome
to upload your class library to the PHP Classes repository:

When you upload a new package there over 30.000 subscribers eager to
know about any new interesting classes are notified by e-mail, thus
providing you instant fame which you may see as a sweet reward for
sharing your work.
That's not all, if your classes are really appealling they will
automatically figure in the top download charts page along with your
name in the hall of fame.
