Demmm I'd love to see this! I was thinking about writing this if no one
else did for a future project of mine, nice one.
Well you choice which ever you want but the later approach is
recommended, think this was more of a failsafe so people would rather
not write up some idea and than it just died after that, I highly
recommend you start your proposal very soon, fix up the CS stuff first
and than propose really (to get less "fix the CS" comments ;))
I really can see this class in PEAR and if anything I'd probably try to
help with it as my time allows, had tho some troubles viewing the code
so I can't promise anything :)
