Thanks Christian. I've corrected all the code standards issues mentionned by the others, but
left the TBill functions starting with an uppercase because TBill stands for Treasury Bill and
that's how everybody writes it.
tBill would look so auckward... but if that's what it takes to get the votes from you guys
consider it done.
