buttons (note that it is a bit contradictory with your note on "POST" order.) I would also think that feature should be enabled by the form programmer only and not by the end user, so to not clutter the space and avoid round-trips to the server... Otherwise, a set of check of radio buttons or checkboxes **may** be a better choice for the sort order instead of the 3 buttons. Something like "Asc", "Desc" checkboxes and a "Sort" button. It seems clearer to me, especially that "No auto arrange" button. However, this may not simplify the overall usability of the element. Hence, that sort feature should. ...be available to the programmer only.
- adds move up and down button to arrange selection list as you want
When you select multiple items (Ctrl+Click) in the "selected" list, the "Up" and "Down" only move the first one. - keep POST order when redisplay New suggetion: The last moved items should be highlighted in the destination list. It would give a nice feedback to the end user, especially when the list is auto-sorted. ...and your moving more than 1 item..
What is the "reset" button supposed to be doing? Otherwise, good job, this thing is getting full featured quickly... -Philippe
