I agree with Daniel. Putting the information into PEPr takes some time.
And so its a major annoyance to get the proposal deleted in such a short
timeframe. Sorry for not commenting earlier, but overall I see this as a
total non issue for anything but finished proposals that are not brought
to a first release, which this RFC does not seem to address.
