I did not say we need an automated process. It's a matter of a min
to select a group of proposals and delete them.
The reasons to do not delete a proposal are valid. If (I say if
here) a proposal is really orphaned. If the proposal is a non sense,
why in the world do you want to mark it as orphaned? Or add a tag
"Non sense" for educationnal purposes? ;)
