To everyone, I apologize for taking so long on this. I have been
extremely consumed with more pressing matters.
I have looked at some of the package, but not the whole thing. What I
said to Sergio in my most recent comments is overall, I think he has a lot
of good ideas, but I don't think it's ready for prime time yet.
As far as PEAR being too bureaucratic. Bureaucratic, yes, it can be.
But too bureaucratic, I don't think so. Most packages go through fairly
easily. When it comes to majorly important packages, like XML_RPC, it's
important to get things right.
