I think it ok as it is! What's the point in having the CS if it is "just
when you get around to do it", it is better to say that from first release
you should comply with CS.
As, I think it was, Justin said, the CS learning curve is not very steep
and most packages are only a few classes, so changing the code to comply
should not be such a big deal.
I think there should be no excuse not to comply with CS as the general rule.
