That's not what I'm talking about, that one should only be linked to
project pages, which incidentally could contain the tutorials for sure,
but also we should thinking about that those sites can also go down, thus
we lose that info, so it's kinda best kept IMHO on the pear/pecl site,
could be called "additional links" for all I care :)
