That's why I'm proposing this, because the infrastructure doesn't exist ;)
Having links to those tutorials would be a start at least, it's better
then nothing and is more secure than making the projects external page
host it even tho the tutorial sites can go down.
Ideally I'd like them to be in the PEAR manual but we can't always ask for
that for various reasons.
