[PEPr] Comment on Web Services::XML_RPC_Simple

Pierre-Alain Joye (http://pear.php.net/user/pajoye) has commented on the proposal for Web Services::XML_RPC_Simple. Comment: "xmlrpc extension is "experimental only" (so, as said in the introduction, I benched only the Php backend because I need a "production robust" XML/RPC system)" Only the status has not been updated but ext/xmlrpc is production ready and robust. We use it on pearweb and I only use it. About the extension, I do not like in general the usage of "simple", "easy" or other non objective names.
