When a package is approved, people send a mail to pear-group or not...
But in most cases they create a new package on pearweb, we have to
approve it.
The problem is to be sure that everything ran smoothly, the name is
correct, the category, where it will be installed and so on.
My idea was more to make QA approved a package after having checked
everything.
