With verbose set to level 2 , i didn't see any trace at run-time like 'Connect to FTP server'I've tried to follow explains given on pear documentation [1] to install a new pear copy on my remote server without results is anybody tried it and run it fine , especially with Windows ? i'll continue to investigate tomorrow, to know what's wrong, but i've already a doubt on doc contents is it really ".pearrc" name for the remote config file ? Laurent [1]http://pear.php.net/manual/en/installation.shared.php#installation.shared.ftpi've explored all new source code from PEAR 1.4.5 and especially PEAR_Remoteinstaller 0.2.0, and i don't understand the Magic behind !!!! How could it work on any platform ? It's impossible PEAR_Remoteinstaller->ftpInstall is called nowhere
This method is suppose to connect to a FTP server and upload all files of a package to install, and then disconnect from FTP. I ask again , if someone make it run ??? Laurent
