[PEPr] Changes in proposal for PEAR::PEAR_PackageFileManager_GUI_Web

Laurent Laville (http://pear.php.net/user/farell) has edited the proposal for PEAR::PEAR_PackageFileManager_GUI_Web. Change comment: - fix wrong package.xml dependencies that break PEAR install - improved list presentation, see TabbedPage::buildList() method. - use CSS classes, rather than hard code into PHP code. - multiple replacements into one file is now possible. Usage of PEAR::Pager package. - retrieve all informations (replacements, roles, ...) of an existing package is now possible. See PEAR_PackageFileManager 1.6.0a7, new "clearcontents" option. - setOptions() method was removed, and replaced by external config file. Usage of PEAR::Config package. - class constructor parameters changed. Arg #3 ($attributes) is now replaced by $config - A new getLastOption() function in main class to get the latest option (between default and custom).
