Hi,
while working on the package manager for pearweb, I noticed that
we don't have a working dependency implementation yet.
I like Stig's and Tomas' RFC in pearweb/rfc/003-dependencies.txt
and I think that this is the way to implement the dependency
stuff.
Is anyone working on this?
