Exactly. People are free to give PEAR related talks and tutorials
about PEAR. If they use PEAR in the name of their package (such as was
the case with Net_Growl before it got into PEAR) then we can be
worried, but we're not a big corporation here. We don't need to get up
in arms about absolutely everything.
