Hi,
The pear installer is tricky to automate because of one little issue.
In the script, there is a call to: detect_install_dirs(); so that
config params can be set via user interaction. But I can't pass
anything on the command line as the argument to detect_install_dirs();
because while the function signature allows you set an optional
argument in its declaration, it isn't called that way in the script.
It would be great if I could pass some arguments on the command line
to setup the config so that I don't have to do it manually every time.
Even better, if I could setup a config file for the pear installer so
that I don't have to do any manual interaction whatsoever.
Thanks,
