I will try to see if i can come up with a proper factory pattern.. I still
want to use the wrapper class, I really would like to have the protocol
and the libary 1-1. Instead I will fix the server and client classes to be
'version-aware'
Using STDIN sounds like a good idea, i thought this only worked for PUT
HTTP requests..
People who need the extra power of a stream resource, can spawn their own
Sabre_AMF_Message
RESPONSE_STATUS and RESPONSE_RESULT seems like a good idea
Arnoud: using the category Text doesnt seem like a good idea, because this
is clearly not a Text related class..
