phpDocumentor 1.3.0RC6 and Smarty cleansweep

I've installed today the new release candidate 6 of phpDocumentor 1.3.0.
I've generated API for my packages with the web interface, and noticed that phpdocu kept the smarty compiled templates directory.
Is it a new option, we can change somewhere , or is it a new bug ?
I've not this problem with RC3 (my previous install).
Is somebody else noticed that ? i'm running phpdocu on windows platform.
My current solution is to remove directory by hand.
