By the way, I don't even know if different driver classes for formats,
workbooks and so are needed. If they represent an abstract object that
holds some data only, output transformation could be put into a
different file, so that only one Format and one Workbook class is needed.
E.g.
S_W_Driver_Excel
S_W_Driver_OpenDocument
S_W_Format
S_W_Workbook
S_W_IOutput or S_W_OutputInterface
S_W_Driver_Excel_Output
S_W_Driver_OpenDocument_Output
Don't know how much code the output is and if one class is enough. Might
not be the case.
