PEAR run-tests

While i tried to run-tests for PEAR_PackageFileManager i was sad to discover that all tests were failed. * My first think was : i did something wrong ! So i uninstall my current version (1.5.3 not yet public) and install the previous one (1.5.2) I run again the tests with command : pear -c pear.ini run-tests -p PEAR_PackageFileManager and once again i got all tests failed. * Then i decided to run it on another package installed (PHP_Compat), and on surprise, all tests failed again. * I decided to investigate, and i found effectivly that my include_path was wrong (include_path='.;c:\php4\pear'). YES but why ? pear -c pear.ini config-show gave me ...

PEAR executables directory     bin_dir          E:\wamp\php4

... and into this directory i have a php.ini with the right include_path include_path = ".;e:\wamp\php4\pear" but when i run tests it used PHP cli version which is located into PHP 4.4.2 there -->

PHP CLI/CGI binary             php_bin          E:\wamp\php4\cli\php.exe

Where no php.ini is found. To solve my problem and run tests as expected i've copied E:\wamp\php4\php.ini into E:\wamp\php4\cli\ But i don't think it the right solution.
