I still think that Snoopy should be ported to PEAR. Ok, if people thinks
that it's a weight class its functionality could be splitted in more
classes like the Request, Post, etc.

Richard, why we don't build a more open Pager package with support for
arrays, helper methods for building links, more pager options like page
by name, date, etc?
