Dan Scott (http://pear.php.net/user/dbs) has edited the proposal for File Formats::File_MARC.
Change comment:
* Work towards a more consistent API (delete getAllSubfields)
* Make PCRE expressions in getFields() and deleteFields() optional.
* Make duplicate() actually return a deep copy of a record.
* Stronger, better, faster (now with typehints)
* Iterate with foreach() everywhere now
* Adjust to use appendNode, insertNode, prependNode from
Structures_Linked_List (although similar change still needs to be made
here)
