Where did you get GPL from? http://www.perl.com/pub/a/language/misc/Artistic.html If code really was GPL then 80% of the meat of CountryDialingCodes.pm is the actual countrycode + iso3166 country code pair data. I believe those are not GPL. So recoding the part which finds country code with iso3166 key from hash should not be big problem. -- Mika Tuupola http://www.appelsiini.net/~tuupola/Hmmm...the GPL isn't in our list of accepted licenses currently as it precludes linking in closed source and commercial applications. See the FAQ question about licenses. An exception may be made for your package, we'll have to see. How is this a derivative work exactly? It's an implementation of Telephony::CountryDialingCode:http://search.cpan.org/~cmanley/Telephony-CountryDialingCodes-1.02/lib/Telephony/CountryDialingCodes.pm
