Today I've been working with File_Archive to close as many bugs I can,
however I've noticed that many bugs have been fixed (maybe Vicent
preferred to release the bug-fix-release and then close them).
So I'd like to know what are the steps for closing those bugs. Should I
prepare the bug-fix-release and then close them or can I close them now
(as: fixed on CVS)?
