I do not think there is necessary a need to add it to the ideas page. Once you can propose on March 14th, you can directly add it to Google SoC's page using their sign up form. Please mention your mentor in the proposal (best with PEAR account url). The decision process for getting thins accepted is a bit nebulous. Its basically upto Rasmus to assign people that can then rate the proposals. In the end its Google though, that decides what gets in. regards, Lukas
