OK, then here is the official notice: Christian Weiske is authorized by
me to import packages that are not currently in PEAR cvs into
cvs.php.net cvs. maintainers who do NOT put their packages in CVS can,
at their option, move development to PHP's CVS server, or synchronize at
release time through one of two options:
1) do it themself
2) send a message to pear-qa asking for the sync
3) someone notices the release and syncs it (not preferred)
Although it was Christian's idea, I will take the heat for any
disapproval, so direct flames to me, or preferrably to /dev/null :).
