I agree with Alexey and Chuck, I already linked to a blog post of mine
that is a good summary of this exact discussion in 2005 and there it was
decided that sf.net/other similar services + projects that have proven
them self as being able to host them self (Horde being a good example)
would be allowed to stay that way ... no need to do funky sync or similar
if the developers are happy the way things are for them, if they ever
decide to abandon the project then we could sync it into the php cvs.
No need to do this just because they sound cool and because Gnome does it
(just as an example, they require components included in their release to
stay on the gnome RCS iirc)
