Hi,
Richard, you did a PHP5 version of Net_URL package quite a bit of time ago. It is now living in PEAR CVS as Net_URL2:
http://cvs.php.net/viewcvs.cgi/pear/Net_URL2/
Unfortunately this version was never registered on PEAR website. Since you are the only lead developer of Net_URL package, you are the only one who is able to do this per current PEAR rules.
Richard, can you please register Net_URL2, or, if you aren't interested in its development anymore, assign someone a second lead developer of Net_URL so that he may be able to do this.
Thanks in advance.
