Apache/2.2.3 (Ubuntu) mod_fastcgi/2.4.2 PHP/5.2.3-0.dotdeb.1 with

Note that mod_fastcgi is in use for Python, I'm running mod_php for PHP. I'm running the latest Ubuntu with dotdeb installs for PHP. CPU is an older P4 2.2 Ghz with a gig of ram.
