There is no problem in '<?php' when
astyle --style=gnu <some.php>

There is no problem in comments converts , either '//' or '/*...*/'.
The tool is so wonderful, although it seems that astyle can not undersatnd HTML.But it is so good
for me.
BTW,It is better the program formats souce codes with rules in configure files.
