But headers talk about two different licenses: they say, basically: "version 2.02 of PHP license, as stated atOf course, a clear relicensing from original author would be nicer..Uhm well I thought the issue is that its not clear what license the code is released under. As a result its kinda hard to rely on a specific license in order to get the right to relicense ..link to version 3" So I guess it's either one or the other, but the two have this clause, so it should hold.
