Fw: [PEAR-CVS] cvs: pearweb / TODO

I did modifications on Packager.php and Installer.php in order to have the package.xml file in 'root' directory in the archive, and then a folder for the version (see todo bellow). Please note that it is not compatible with current uploaded release .tgz files. Should I try to support also the current format ? May I commit the changes ? Do you think about other files impacted by this change ?
