Clarification: I wrote a 10-line patch to allow multiple namespaces in
the same file. Stanislav Malyshev/Dmitry Stogov and probably many
uncredited others wrote the namespace implementation.

I am working on figuring out a way to save the namespaces. I've got
calls into Greenpeace, Moveon.org, and Swiftboatveteransfortruth.com,
we'll see what materializes.
