If you guys don't want this code to go in PEAR, I'll delete the proposal.
I got the code as is, I didn't rip anyone off and I have absolutely no
objections putting his name on it since he deserves to be there and of
course I respect the license very much. I'll try to find out where the
code came from, or how it ended up without "copyrights".
I didn't expect the code to be stolen/adapted from somewhere else.
This happens often that you are provided with code without
copyrights/authorship/whatever and you adapt it and make it work or
port it - whatever. Since I had it, I didn't have to Google for it.
