actually, DB_Table heavily "borrows" from MDB2 too, which uses a BSD license. I didn't notice DB_Table used LGPL :-|

I had asked Lukas in January 2006 about copying some parts of the MDB2 code and adopting them for usage of DB as the backend. He was okay with this, and said that I could even use it in closed source code. (I don't quote him here as our emails were in German.) And I've put clear pointers to MDB2 into the classes.

I don't have anything against reusing some parts of MDB2 for other projects (if you keep the credits, you're welcome to do so!), I'm just not very fond of republishing them with another license, that's all...
