phpDocumentor 1.4.1 and XML:DocBook/peardoc2:default converter

Hi,
I've just upgraded my phpDoc version from 1.4.0 to 1.4.1, and regenerated PEAR_Info API doc with XML:DocBook/peardoc2:default converter.
I've noticed that tags from template
<!-- $Revision:$ -->
and
<!-- Keep this comment at the end of the file

Did I missed a new option in a config file or is this just a new bug ?
